Insufficient alveolar ridge bone volume makes impossible the successful placement of dental implants in compromised sites. Guided Bone Regeneration has become the standard treatment method for the augmentation of bony defects of the alveolar ridge to provide the required bone volume for dental implant placement.
One treatment option is the placement of an autogenous bone block that was previously harvested intra- or extra-orally. The block provides mechanical stability for the augmented volume in the highly atrophic mandible or maxilla.
We offer two new products that are designed for use in regeneration procedures of the alveolar bone.
