New York City, the 'Big Apple', is the venue for the eighth ITI World Symposium 2007, which will take place in Manhattan’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center from 26 – 28 April 2007.

In a strongly marketing-driven environment, the proliferation of information about implant dentistry with which every practicing professional is bombarded often contains persuasive arguments, but little scientific evidence.

Under the headline “reality and myth in clinical implant dentistry”, the 2007 ITI World Symposium will examine areas in implant dentistry that are central to the practitioner’s work, discussing the status quo, merits and scientific evidence behind the many approaches to treatment that co-exist today.
